Ulricehamnsbygdens Riding Club is a non-profit association affiliated with the Swedish Equestrian Federation. We are a friendly little riding school with 18 horses/ponies and about 180-200 riding sessions per week.

The facility consists of a stable and an indoor riding arena, as well as three outdoor arenas, one of which is a grass arena. On the surrounding land, we have large lovely pastures and a walking trail.

The work as a riding instructor primarily involves leading riding lessons at various levels from beginners to more experienced children/youth/adults. In addition to teaching riding and horse knowledge, the role also includes training lesson horses, stable duties, administration, and other tasks related to a riding school operation. The lesson activities are scheduled in the afternoon, evening, and on weekends.

Start date as soon as possible by agreement. Employment level according to agreement and job tasks. Salary according to contract.

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop our riding school. You have good pedagogical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for teaching at all levels. We are looking for a riding instructor, at least SRL 1 or with documented experience and competence.

You prioritize the well-being of the horse and enjoy working in a team.

Desirable qualifications:

• SRL I-III
• Experience with Hippocrates, Fortnox
• Knowledge of Idrott Online
• Familiarity with website management and social media
• BE driving license
• Experience with tractors
